Upon arrival, please inspect the cottage’s condition. If you notice any issues, contact our 24/7 service number at +358 40 7642111 as soon as possible so we can address them promptly and ensure your holiday is enjoyable.
Important Notes
- Smoking inside the cottage is strictly prohibited. A €250 ventilation fee will be charged for unauthorized smoking.
- Please respect your neighbors, especially between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. If you experience disturbances, contact the police.
- You are responsible for the cottage and its equipment during your stay. Do not remove equipment or dishes from the cottage.
Before Departure
Ensure the cottage is in good condition for the next guests. If you opted to clean the cottage yourself, follow the cleaning instructions provided at check-in. If you purchased cleaning services from Himosmajoitus, different instructions apply.
- If the cottage is not properly cleaned, we will charge 1.5 times the standard cleaning fee.
- Additional cleaning, such as removing tobacco residue, will incur a €50/hour/cleaner fee (minimum €50).
- Before leaving, turn off all electrical appliances (sauna, stove, TV), switch off lights, close faucets and windows, and ensure the cottage is secure.
- Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Return the key to the reception or the mailbox outside the building.

SAUNA
Heater control panel
I/O-button start heater. Arrow-buttons sets temperature in Sauna (between 40-110C).
Heating takes about an hour, depending on wanted temperature.
Set timer : press triangle-button and set starting time. Maximum time 4 hours.
Quick start by pressing 2h-button and start-button. Then heater is on for 2 hours.
DRYING CABINET
Use the left controller to set the heat and the right controller to set the time (in hours).
- Check the recommended heat for the items being dried.
- Space items far enough apart to allow proper air circulation.
DISHWASHER
Turn on the dishwasher using the POWER button, select a washing program by pressing program-button until chosen program is selected, and press START.
- Open the water valve before washing and close it afterward.
FIREWOOD
Firewood is available for purchase at the reception or via the service number during reception opening hours for €10 per package.
INTERNET CONNECTION
Cottage has fast optical fiber Internet-connection. Network and password info in the cottage.
RESPONSIBLE ACCOMODATION
Use the cottage’s resources – such as water, electricity, and furniture – responsibly.
Respect the surrounding nature and its peaceful atmosphere.
Please take your waste to the collection points marked on the map you received at check-in and sort it according to the instructions. Let’s keep our carbon footprint small together!
